Founded in 2008 by Adam Mani and Balal Aqil, Creams Cafe kick-started the UK dessert parlour revolution. From humble beginnings in Southall, West London, the focus has always been on customer service, a great and simple product offering and only the best quality; their recipe for success.

Embodying the fun, colourful and delicious, Creams offers the ultimate wow-factor experience. At the centre lies our unmissable selection of mouth-watering, freshly made desserts, from waffles, crêpes and sundaes, to cakes, sorbets, gelatos and vegan desserts.

They even make our own signature Creams gelato with ingredients sourced straight from Italy. Hand-crafted and made in England at their own factory, they believe this helps them bring the finest quality ice cream to their desserts.

Their savoury menu is a must-try as well. In 2020, Creams unveiled their signature popcorn chicken waffle bites – a UK first and as delicious as they sound! There really is something for all the family to enjoy at Creams Cafe.

The statements don’t stop at the menu. Striking visual interiors showcase the Creams trademark branding. Complete with a mesmerising gelato counter inside every restaurant and the iconic Creams Cafe logo positioned at the centre of an open plan kitchen. Suspended from the ceiling and adorning the walls, expect neon signage, BMX bikes and colourful skateboards. A backdrop of vibrant and varied textures including wood, metal and cement amplify a contemporary feel. Brightly coloured tabletops are embellished with eye-catching decals, with playful pops of colour throughout bringing the fun and nostalgic character of the brand to life.
