DANCE FITNESS

Latin inspired dance classes to help you get fit through having fun! Every class has a unique mix of rhythms, dancing to Reggaetón, Salsa and Arabic tunes.

This is a perfect blend of different cultures and suitable for all dance levels.
Simply bring yourself, comfortable clothing, a bottle of water and enjoy yourself!
