Since 2005, Cornish Pasty Shop have been a favourite destination for vegans in Brighton – with a whole host of tasty vegan pasties, vegan sausage rolls and decadent vegan cakes too.
This Veganuary, the team are bringing back some of their favourite vegan offerings – and they’re inviting customers to let them know the pasties, pies, cakes and sausage rolls they’d like to tuck into to inspire future menu items.
“Initially we made a Thai Vegetable, Mexicanna, Vegan Wholemeal pasties and a Vegan Sausage Roll,” Cornish Pasty Shop owner, Ian Baldry says. “As far as we can tell we were the first company to commercially produce Vegan Sausage Rolls. We then started to generate a reputation for our vegan cakes, with extensive lavish plant based displays.”
“To celebrate our long vegan history, this Veganuary we are going to be bringing back many of our old favourites. Come and see how many you remember, tell us which of our vegan products you miss and want to see back; cakes, pies, pasties, or sausage rolls let us know, we’ll see what we can do!”
