And, of course, they had to bring back a festive favourite. LEON’s Turkey Christmassaman Curry brings you those cosy Christmas feels, but with that iconic LEON twist. Turkey, roasted spuds and carrots, in a creamy coconut curry spiced with galangal, cardamom, ginger, and lemongrass. Served on brown rice and finished with crispy onions and fresh herbs. Christmas leftovers never tasted so good.
Now, let’s talk sweets. Say hello to the new Blueberry, Lemon & Poppy Seed Muffin – light, fluffy, and topped with a crunchy sugar crumble that’s sweet enough to have Santa coming back for seconds.
