Roly’s Fudge Brighton opened six years ago in 2008. Originating from Devon over 35 years ago, Roly’s now have multiple independently-run family fudge pantries across the UK. Each shop uses traditional recipes to make fresh fudge every day, handmade in full view for you to see.
