Cheese Filled Gnocchi Bites – Crisp fried potato balls, filled with cheese and black pepper, served with smoked chipotle chilli jam.
Italian Garden Salad – Warm roasted red pepper, courgette and onions with rocket, radicchio lettuce, baby plum tomatoes, black olives and balsamic vinegar, served on a bed of flame roasted aubergine puree. (Option to add Chicken and Goats’ Cheese Crostini)
Chicken Genovese – Pesto filled chicken supreme, wrapped in prosciutto ham and oven baked. Served with a porcini cream sauce, steamed spinach & roasted spring onion.
Pea and Asparagus Risotto – Carnaroli rice, garden peas and asparagus spears with fresh herbs, plantbased cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Garnished with fresh basil oil

Mixed Seafood Risotto – Carnaroli rice, mussels, squid and king prawn, with parsley, pecorino cheese, lemon juice and butter to enrich.
Spicy Sausage Pasta – Rigatoni pasta with luganica and ‘nduja sausage, cream, chilli and fresh parsley.
Formaggio Pizza – Tomato base with mozzarella, smoked scamorza, goats’ cheese and Dolcelatte. Finished with Roquito Hot Honey drizzle.
DOLCE VITA – Sweet pizzas
Chocolate S’mores – Chocolate hazelnut spread, strawberries, sliced banana, white chocolate drops, caramelised baby marshmallows and fresh strawberry coulis.
Banoffee – Caramelised biscuit spread, sliced banana, mini fudge pieces, caramelised baby marshmallows and dulce de leche caramel sauce.
