The brand-new Golden Glow Dhal is a plant-based curry which will leave you glowing inside and out. The curry, which is made with red lentils & yellow split peas, and simmered in creamy coconut milk, spiced with mustard seeds, turmeric and curry leaves, is topped with Kachumber: a zingy mix of cucumber, tomato, and red onion that’s pickled to perfection. This is the new show-stopping LEON dahling.
Loaded Mexican Fries have landed with all the LEON toppings you could ever imagine. Enjoy LEON’s ‘criss-cut’ Baked Fries, topped with black beans and smashed avo, drizzled with LEON Chilli Sauce & LEON Aioli before finishing with a sprinkling of crispy onions and fresh mint & parsley.
Whether you’re enjoying an afternoon indulgence, taking time out from a busy day or settling in as the weather gets colder, this season LEON’s message is clear: EAT THAT CAKE.
First up is a blondie, but with a LEON twist. The new Blueberry & Yuzu Blondie is a gluten-free, white chocolate blondie freckled with blueberries and a zesty kick of yuzu juice – it’s the berry best.
Craving a fabulous flapjack? LEON’s new Nutty Lime & Ginger Fabjack will tingle your taste buds with gluten-free oats, nibbed hazelnuts and almonds, and a twist of lime juice and crystallised ginger.
Don’t worry choco lovers, we’ve got you covered with two chocolatey treats. The Chocolate & Almond Butter Tiffin has an oaty, nutty biscuit base bound together with golden syrup. This is then
lovingly topped with a layer of nutty almond butter before marbled dark & white chocolate finishes this terrific tiffin.
Finally, who doesn’t love banana bread? The ultimate Choconutty Banana Bread is made with chopped walnuts, pecans and dark chocolate chunks to give this loaf the perfect textured crunch.
