“Our commitment to sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our packaging is eco-friendly, with a shift away from plastic to materials like bagasse and wood for utensils, and recyclable paper for bags. Energy efficiency is a priority, and our staff is trained to conserve energy by turning off lights and equipment when not in use while using water efficiently.”
Moreover, we don’t let anything go to waste. We repurpose used cooking oil for biofuel through sustainable practices. Transparency is key for us, and we are a proud partner with Klimato to calculate and display the carbon emissions of each dish, empowering our customers to make climate-friendly choices. Collaboration with forward-thinking companies is also a part of our ethos, supporting initiatives like Toast, which transforms surplus bread into beer, and Fauna, which contributes profits to wildlife conservation.
