The Brighton-based restaurant was listed amongst renowned vegan finds in America, Australia and Bali, after being nominated by a Financial Times reader!
Terre a Terre was founded by classically trained chefs, Amanda Powley and Philip Taylor in 1993 who wanted ‘to upturn the worlds perception of meat-free cooking and see how far they could push the boundaries’, which they’ve been doing ever since! All dishes are vegetarian with the majority vegan, or can be made vegan, too.
