“Jo from Bagelman here, I own Bagelman where I work and live with my two young daughters on Bond Street. We are still open for business at our Bond Street store where our core team of three are baking fresh bagels six days a week for delivery in and around Brighton & Hove. This week, Dom, our Head Baker, hand-rolled over 600 bagels by himself in one day. We are all working harder than we ever have in our lives in an effort to save our business. ⠀

We’ve been sending regular supplies of filled bagels and juice to the hospital for NHS workers with the help of the Brighton & Hove NHS Food Bank as well as delivering bags of fresh bagels, filled bagels, drinks and cakes to our loyal customers.⠀
