Who doesn’t love either a charcuterie or a cheese board? Come June every Thursday, Friday and Saturday they’ll be available between 12-6pm at Common – perfect for sunny days, dining alfresco in the heart of North Laine.
“We are great fans of old fashioned methods of cooking and preserving to ensure we get the best flavour from the ingredients we are fortunate to have in Common,” co-owner and chef Andy explains.
“We have featured lamb bacon, home cured vodka and beetroot salmon and smoked mackerel on our menu recently. Our team has been hard at work the last few months making our own cured ox tongue, duck ham, lamb bacon and bresaola which, come June, will feature on our charcuterie and cheese boards.”
“These will be available every day from 12.00 and through to the evening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday – perfect with a chilled bottle of Portuguese Raza Vihno Verde or an Aperol Spritz…Cheers!”
