Help Virgin Money Give Poorly Brighton Kids a Choc-Tastic Easter

The Brighton Virgin Money team are getting into the Easter spirit early by collecting Easter eggs to give to poorly children who need to attend, or stay in the Royal Sussex County Hospital, over the festive period.

Whilst many others will be at home tucking into their chocolate eggs, some children will not be well enough to enjoy their eggs at home and the team want to ensure that they don’t miss out!

Virgin Money will be collecting eggs until Wednesday 12th April. They’ll then deliver them to the hospital to hand out – and no doubt, brighten up the day of children needing care over the celebrations.

“Our intention is to collect as many Easter eggs as possible from both customers and local businesses so that we can deliver them to the children who are having to stay in or attend the Royal Sussex County Hospital over the Easter period in order to brighten their day,” Craig Barron, Manager of the North Street store explains.

“One of our team has recently become a mother for the first time and another has become a grandmother for the first time, so arranging this collection is really important in making Easter enjoyable for those families who have loved ones in hospital.”

“We’re collecting the eggs until Wednesday 12th April. Any donations from the public and local businesses would be massively appreciated.”

To donate a delicious chocolate Easter egg to children who deserve even more of a treat, this Easter, please pop into Virgin Money, 170 North Street, Brighton with yours.
