The Breakfast Club, Market Street
Serving brekkie and brunch, all day every day, The Breakfast Club is the perfect place to head for pancakes – whatever the time! For Pancake Day, they’re releasing four very tasty pancakes:
- The Wagon Wheel: a pancake sandwich filled with a rich mallow & biscoff crumb, drenched in a thick chocolate sauce & topped with raspberries
- The All American Salt Beef: pancake stack topped with whipped butter & maple syrup served up alongside a shredded salt beef & crispy potato hash with piquillo peppers, pickled red cabbage, pickled pink onion, dill cucumber, parsley, chives & a glorious pan fried rich yolk egg
- Sticky Toffee & Great Balls of Deep-Fried Ice Cream: pancakes with walnuts & dates, drenched in a dark toffee sauce & topped with a great ball of deep-fried cornflake crusted salted caramel ice-cream
- Piña Colad: upside down pineapple pancakes with a zingy Piña Colada cream, topped with pineapple crisps, coconut & maraschino cherries
