Brilliant Brighton Valentine’s Trail 2026 – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The Brilliant Brighton Bricks Trail is organised by Brilliant Brighton (Business Improvement District, representing 500+ city centre businesses).

  2. Eligibility

    • The trail is open to all ages.

    • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when completing the trail and submitting entries.

    • Employees of Brilliant Brighton or participating businesses (and their immediate families) are not eligible to win prizes.

  3. How to Enter

    • Collect a free trail form from any participating business or download from www.brilliantbrighton.com.

    • Find all hearts displayed on posters in 18 participating businesses’ windows. There will be 1-3 displayed on each poster.

    • Total the sum of all hearts found and submit via the Brilliant Brighton website by 23:59pm on Sunday 22nd February 2026.

  4. Prizes

    • First Prize: £50 Brighton Gift Card

    • Second Prize: £25 Brighton Gift Card

    • Third Prize: £10 Brighton Gift Card

    • Brighton Gift Cards can be spent in 60+ participating city centre businesses.

  5. Winner Selection

    • All correct entries submitted by the deadline will be entered into a random draw.

    • Winners will be drawn within 7 days of the closing date.

    • Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their submission. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be reallocated.

  6. General

    • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

    • No purchase necessary.

    • No cash alternative will be offered for prizes.

    • The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • By entering, participants consent to their first name and entry being used in publicity by Brilliant Brighton.

    • Personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

  7. Event Dates

    • The trail runs from Friday 13th to Sunday 22nd February 2026 (inclusive).

    • Entries received after the closing time of 23:59pm on Sunday 22nd February 2026 will not be counted.
