The home of live entertainment, Brighton’s Komedia, winner of the 2025 Chortle Award for Best Comedy Venue (South & East), has teamed up with local food vendors for a series of pop-up kitchens every Friday this July, at Komedia Comedy Club.
Komedia Comedy Club has been leaving audiences in stitches since 2019 and features 2 ½ hours of the best live comedy, with three top acts and an MC, every Friday & Saturday throughout the year. This July, audiences can expect to see club comedy favourites such as Gbemi Oladipo, Tim Renkow, Spring Day, Thomas Green, Mike Cox, Finlay Christie, Chantel Nash, Brennan Reece, Sam Lake, Nic Sampson, Malinda Mukuma, Hannah Bychowski, Markus Birdman, Maureen Younger, Bethany Black, Ray Badran, and Andrew O’Neill.
The kitchen take-over series starts on Fri 4th July with Foodilic, Brighton’s favourite spot for nutritious & delicious meals. Their varied menu will feature Thai chicken, Moussaka, savoury Böreks and more. Next up is modern Greek restaurant Nostos on Fri 11th and Fri 18th July, whose Hove-based restaurant serves an authentic menu of iconic dishes as well as lesser-known gems of Greek cuisine. The guest kitchen for the final date, Fri 25th July, will be kept a secret until nearer the time, but trust us, you won’t want to miss this one!
