Brilliant Brighton is hiring!

Brilliant Brighton – a not-for-profit organisation of 517 Brighton city centre stores, restaurants, cafes and bars is looking for an enthusiastic admin and events assistant to help support the delivery of their projects, (which includes Brighton’s Christmas lights, dressing the city in the summer and events and marketing).

Working in a small team, the Admin and Events Assistant role is varied and would suit someone who is organised, has brilliant communication skills, and enjoys getting things done.

While the role is mostly admin-based (maintaining our member database and online directory listings, sending members email updates and assisting with a quarterly newsletter, to name just a few tasks), there’s plenty of scope to get involved in marketing too – with social media and website posts creation, as well as supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver events.

Due to the nature of this hands-on role, we’re looking for someone passionate about Brighton, and who lives locally (or within an easy commute), to be a key part of our small team, and support us in our mission to ensure Brighton city centre is a brilliant place to work, live and visit.
