There’s plenty happening on Dukes Lane this summer, with a packed programme of events, local creativity and independent shopping, so be sure to put the below in your diary. See you there!

Meet Fatboy Slim at a special signing event
Music fans won’t want to miss Fatboy Slim’s exclusive signing event at The Brighton Box Gallery on Wednesday 22nd July, 5pm-9pm.
In partnership with Pepita Coffee and Brighton artist Emily Bowyer, the event celebrates the launch of three limited-edition Pepita Coffee tins featuring Emily’s artwork. Visitors can purchase the exclusive coffee tins and limited-edition prints, and have them signed by Norman Cook during the evening. Please note that the only the artwork outlined above can be signed at this event.
Entry is free, although registering is a must. Register here.

Celebrate Brighton Pride on Dukes Lane
Join Dukes Lane on Sunday 2nd August, from 12pm-4pm, for an afternoon of free entertainment as Brighton Pride celebrations come to the lane.
Expect vibrant performances from the fabulous Lovinia Belle alongside uplifting performances from The Actually Gay Men’s Chorus, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
Whether you’re stopping by for shopping, lunch or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Dukes Lane is the perfect place to celebrate one of Brighton’s biggest weekends.

Celebrating young local artists
Throughout the summer holidays, Dukes Lane is once again showcasing the creativity of pupils from Middle Street Primary School with a colourful window exhibition.
The display transforms an empty shopfront into a public gallery, giving young artists the chance to see their work exhibited in the heart of the city while bringing even more colour and creativity to the Lane.

Discover something new at the Powering Local Business Pop-Up Shop
There’s still time to visit an exciting pop-up Shop, open until 27th July, where a changing collection of independent local businesses are showcasing their products.
From handmade gifts and artwork to homeware, jewellery and lifestyle brands, it’s a great opportunity to discover emerging Sussex businesses and support local creatives before the pop-up closes for the season.
Whether you’re visiting for a unique shopping experience, a memorable event or simply to enjoy Brighton’s independent spirit, there’s plenty to enjoy in Dukes Lane this summer.
